Three ways to reach us

Muntergården is in the village of Nusnäs, about 10 km from Mora in central Sweden. Whether you prefer to fly, drive or take the train, here is how to get here.

1. By plane (via Stockholm Arlanda)

Fly to Stockholm Arlanda (ARN), Sweden's main international airport. From Arlanda you have three options to cover the last stretch to Mora:

• Onward flight to Mora (Mora–Siljan Airport, MXX): a short connecting flight. This route is operated by JonAir and can only be booked at jonair.se.
• Train from Arlanda to Mora (roughly 4 hours, usually via Uppsala or Stockholm). Book at sj.se.
• Rental car: pick up a hire car at Arlanda and drive to Mora — about 3 to 3.5 hours (around 330 km).

2. By car (Kiel–Gothenburg ferry)

Take the overnight Stena Line ferry from Kiel (Germany) to Gothenburg (Göteborg). From Gothenburg, follow the E45 north all the way to Mora — roughly 450 km (about 5.5 hours).

3. By train (Berlin → Copenhagen → Malmö → Stockholm)

You can also reach us entirely by train. From Berlin, travel via Copenhagen, Malmö and Stockholm, then continue north to Mora. From Stockholm, SJ trains run to Mora in about 3.5–4 hours.
