Meet Our Cats
Muntergården is home to our beloved cats who often greet guests and enjoy lounging in the garden. They're friendly and curious, adding to the homey atmosphere of our B&B. Please note: if you have cat allergies, our property may not be suitable for your stay.
Meet Our Chickens
Karolina has some very helpful friends who help keep the garden clean, at least during summertime. The chickens produce eggs we enjoy for breakfast, in bakery and in cooking. They are very curious and love eating out of our hands. A great bonus with chickens is that they also eat a lot of the food scraps, and they produce great fertilisers for the garden. Oh, did we mention they love eating out of our hands?
Garden Wildlife
Beyond our resident cats, the garden attracts various wildlife. Birds sing in the trees, butterflies visit the flowers, and if you're lucky, you might spot a hedgehog in the evening. Deer and fox regularly visit the garden, and bear, wolf and lynx live in the forest around Nusnäs. It's a small ecosystem that makes the garden feel alive.
Pet-Friendly Note
While we love animals, we ask that guests check with us before bringing pets. Our cats are curious and territorial, so we need to ensure everyone — two-legged and four-legged — can coexist peacefully during your stay. We have only one room where we allow guest animals, and they are not allowed to roam freely inside or outside the house.
