Deep in the enchanted forests near Mora lies Tomteland — Sweden's very own Santa village where Father Christmas lives with his family, trolls, witches, and an entire cast of fairy tale characters.

This isn't just a theme park — it's an immersive fairy tale experience. Children (and adults!) can meet Santa Claus himself, visit his cozy home, help the elves in the workshop, and explore magical themed areas throughout the forest.

Year-Round Magic

While Tomteland is especially magical during the winter season, it's open during summer and autumn too. Each season brings different activities:

Meet Santa & Friends

The heart of Tomteland is meeting Tomten (Santa) himself. Unlike rushed shopping mall encounters, here children have time to talk, share their wishes, and truly connect with Santa in his authentic Nordic home.

Beyond Santa, you'll encounter trolls, the friendly witch Skogsrull, elves, and other characters from Swedish folklore. Each has their own area in the forest with activities and stories to share.
